How did we Design our Curriculum?

Short clip looking at one aspect of the curriculum, and how it was designed specifically to deal with real life situations.

Here, the video shows how many streets fights go; people trade punches, someone winds up in the side clinch, with the fight either going to the ground or someone letting go.  You will notice that not everyone who gets the side clinch and attempts a takedown is effective, winding up in a negative position and taking damage.

The curriculum, as shown at the end of the video, shows how to deal with getting to the side clinch, and effectively getting the other person to the ground, either through a body lock lift, or with the lateral drop.
